I’ve been enamored with Lady Danger lipstick from MAC ever since the first time I saw it about a year ago. I gave it more of a red tone in this picture by lining and filling my lips in with a red pencil before applying the lipstick. You can also play up the orange in it instead by using a different lip liner.
If you’re looking for a new shade to wear for spring, try this bold color. I personally love it since I get to switch things up from classic red—along the lines of Ruby Woo or Russian Red lipsticks, also from MAC—to this vibrant red-orange. ♥
Are you planning on attending a few parties this holiday season? If you like getting dolled up for the special events where you make an appearance, I just uploaded a makeup tutorial you might find useful this season. (Click HERE to see the video.)
I added a hint of sparkle to dark smoky eyes, and painted the mouth a deep glossy red, creating a dramatic look with a glam rock inspiration. To lessen the holiday vibe if you want to wear this a slightly differently way at other times of the year, wear a nude lip instead, or use glitter-free eyeshadows.
